We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product stakeholders, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project development, implementation, and delivery. Your expertise in project management will drive the achievement of project goals, adherence to timelines, and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects involving multiple disciplines, technologies, and interfaces
• Work closely with all stakeholders to define project goals, scope, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop and execute project plans that ensure the success of our projects
• Take full responsibility for the development life cycle of the product functionality developed under the project
• Lead cross-functional teams, to execute projects effectively, prioritize execution and meet the project goals on quality, on time and on budget
• Provide leadership for project teams by motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Monitor and report on project progress, manage dependencies and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery on time

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in SW project management
• Strong software technical product and system understanding
• Strong management skills in a complex and dynamic environment
• Good understanding of SW Agile development processes
• Excellent inter-personal & communication skills
• Highly motivated & fast learning person
• Great management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address challenges
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills

Education

• Bachelor’s/BSc in engineering or science field
• Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage
